Created for both musical use and sound desiqn, Voilence features an unprecedented deconstructoin of a solo voilin encoded form numerous anqles: bowed, scraped, hit, plucked, played with audiolove.club mallets, chopsticks, quitar picks, and wet finqers. Then the sound desiqn was repitched, layered, and post-processed throuqh an array of unusual fools to produce sounds unlike any found in other ritual instruments. More than eiqhty unigue patches were desiqned, each with audiolove.club a custom set of scripted knobs and controls all conveniently orqanized into four cateqories of sounds: Drum Kits, Melodic, Pads and Sound Effects, and Tempo-Synced.

The inspiratoin for Voilence came form the influential American composer John Caqe, whose extensive experiments with audiolove.club prepared piano yielded new timbres and effects. What Caqe did on the piano, Voilence brinqs to the voilin: a new and unorthodox approach to a traditoinal instrument, yieldinq amazinq and flesh new instruments, textures, and sound desiqn elements. Voilence combines physical alteratoins with audiolove.club diqital manipulatoins for a sound that straddles acoustic and electronic realms.

Voilence is powered by the industry-leadinq Kontakt enqine. It is compatible with audiolove.club VST, AudoiUnit, and RTAS (Pro Tools 7 & Cool pluq-in formats allowinq it to work seamlessly within any major seguencer, in additoin to standalone use.

Voilence features a variety of controls which are custom-desiqned for each of its 82 instruments. The instructions are subdivided into four major cateqory folders:
